Well
after a wonderful all I can eat fantastic buffet breakfast laid on by
Mrs B (she knows a little thing about extensive exercise and life on
the road and the fuel needed) we had a really relaxing morning
finishing all the little jobs we needed to sort out and kicking back
chatting. Janie and Mrs Bs daughter Tracy came over and I spent some
time selling Cornwall to them for their next walking trip to England. We left the three lovely ladies feeling all warm inside.
We hit the road and once again, were offended by how swiftly we ate up the mileage. We were back at our bikes in Newton with an evening to spare. The guardian of our bikes and manager of the municipal pool, Josh, released our steel steeds and we hung around to shoot the breeze. We have convinced him to cycle our route with his girlfriend once he graduates... (He's already put it to her, she refused... I told him I reacted the same way and he just has to wear her down, like Matt did!)
Nothing much to report thereafter (I know, I'm slacking off here today!) A big carbo-loading dinner before crashing in our tent. We had set up camp on the opposite side of the park from last time, however it didn't make a darn difference when it came to Night of the Living Freight Train - Freight Night! Our ear plugs took the edge off though (thanks mum -you sent those for London but we kept em!)
